BAG FILTERS :

A baghouse, bag filter or fabric filter is an air pollution control device that removes particulates out of air or gas released from commercial processes. baghouses use long, cylindrical bags (or tubes) made of woven or felted fabric as a filter medium. Dustladen gas or air enters the baghouse through hoppers (land is directed into the baghouse compartment. The gas is drawn through the bags, either on the inside or the outside depending on cleaning method. We offer various type of models depending on the dust particle, temperature, dust load etc. Reverse Pulse, mechanical shaker and mechanical shaking are some of the arrangements used to clean the bags.

CYCLONE SEPARATORS :

Centrifugal collectors use cyclonic action to separate dust particles from the gas stream. In a typical cyclone, the dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. After striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located underneath. We manufacture Single as well as Multiple Cyclone Separators and use various material of construction such as MS & SS.

ELECTRO STATIC PRECIPITATORS (ESP) :

This is one product which we have added in our arsenal recently. An electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a filtration device that removes fine particles, like dust and smoke, from a flowing gas using the force of an induced electrostatic charge minimally impeding the flow of gases through the unit. It has high utility where the gas consists of oil mist, smoke etc. It is mainly used in Kitchen Exhaust, Forging process etc.

FUME SCRUBBER :

We manufacture all type of Scrubbers. Scrubbers can be categorized as Wet & Dry Scrubbers. In Wet Scrubbers range we offer, Spray Towers, Packed Bed Scrubbers, Ventury Scrubbers etc. A wet scrubber is used for cleaning air, fuel gas or other gases of various pollutants and dust particles. Wet scrubbing works via the contact of target compounds or particulate matter with the scrubbing solution. Dry scrubbing systems are often used for the removal of odorous and corrosive gases from wastewater treatment plant operations. All scrubbers can be offered in PP, FRP, SS depending on the gas properties & conditions.

AIR HANDLING UNITS (AHU) :

We supply quality AHU’s as part of a heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC ) system. Air washers or Evaporative Coolers having both Direct and Indirect Cooling Heat exchangers are also manufactured by us. We offer AHU’s in both Double and Single skin and use highest quality of PUF material for insulation. We manufacture all type of Exhaust hood used for sucking fumes from a localized source. Exhaust hoods used over furnaces, Dust Sources, Special designed dust extractor hoods form part of our regular supply. We specialize in manufacturing Kitchen exhaust hoods used primarily in commercial kitchens.

GENERAL VENTILATION SYSTEM :

We undertake various air handling systems on turnkey basis. Fume exhaust systems, Fresh air supply, Room Pressurization, Machine Cooling Systems etc are part of regular projects.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN VENTILATION SYSTEM :

Kitchen ventilation is the branch of ventilation that specializes in the treatment of air from kitchens. Kitchen ventilation presents the problems of grease, smoke and odours not usually found in other ventilation systems. Equipment used in kitchen ventilation uses an extractor hood or canopy and a filtering system. The fan for the ventilation system may be located within the kitchen or in the duct system nearby. For Air Filtering we use Grease filters and Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP)

DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS :

A dust collection system is an air quality improvement system used in industrial, commercial, to improve breathable air quality and safety by removing particulate matter from the air and environment. Dust collection systems work on the basic formula of capture, convey and collect.

First, the dust must be captured. This is accomplished with devices such as capture hoods to catch dust at its source of origin. Many times, the machine producing the dust will have a port to which a duct can be directly attached.

FUME EXHAUST & SCRUBBING SYSTEM :

Scrubber systems (e.g. chemical scrubbers, gas scrubbers) are a diverse group of air pollution control devices that can be used to remove some particulates and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams.

PLANT VENTILATION & COMFORT COOLING SYSTEM :

We design & execute these systems using Evaporative Coolers or Air Washers through humidity control. We use both direct as well as indirect heat exchangers to maintain optimum humidity and temperatures inside the plant

CAR PARK & BASEMENT VENTILATION SYSTEM :

It is a method of providing ventilation in a Car Park by adding momentum to the air, by installing small unitary fans under the ceiling to generate thrust. These units remove the need for large runs of ductwork as they push smoke/fumes to a central extract arena.
